This Manufacturing Unit at Jejuri MIDC is spread over 3.5 Acres of land parcel and combined built-up area of around 1.20 Lakh Sq.Ft. produces solid rubber tyres and rubber tracks for off highway vehicles. This specialized product is exported throughout the world.

This Factory has been designed as a PEB structure to house 15MT and 5MT EOT cranes in 3 bays. A separate boiler building a accommodate two boilers is designed along with other utilities. Making use of the existing topography of the site a lower ground floor has been designed to house the reception, waiting, product display, canteen, change rooms, toilets, medical facility, creche and store. The floor is typically designed for 5MT/sqm and special foundations have been designed inside trenches for heavy presses and Machinery.

The site is blessed with more than 100 existing fruit bearing trees. Being environment cautious, it was the clients desire to preserve all the trees. Accordingly, the facility was designed without disturbing most of these trees. Few trees which were unfortunately coming in the way were carefully transplanted in the premises and additional trees were planted to go along with the landscape and green spaces.
