More than 500 residential plots have been designed on a 36 Acre land parcel off Nagar road, Pune. A moderately contoured site had challenges in terms of approach points and a proposed railway line bisecting the layout in three parts. The layout has been designed considering the topography, local bye laws and the client’s requirement to provide a calm and surreal lifestyle to each and every plot holder.  A striking entrance gate and a multifunctional club house is designed keeping in mind the overall scale and grandeur of the project.
